Wellness Recovery Action Plan Program

WRAP® (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is an evidence-based recovery and crisis-prevention program created by and for people who experience difficulties with their mental health. In WRAP, you will learn how to create an individualized plan for maintaining wellness, learning from lapses in wellness, and building upon that foundation for long-lasting success.

Join us for either of these online info sessions about the upcoming WRAP® group being offered to students through a partnership between Mental Health Recovery Partners, South Island and the UVic Society for Students with a Disability.

This group will be co-faciliated by two trained peers from MHRP and run online over Zoom. It will take place on Wednesdays from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm, starting on October 6th.

After attending an info session, if you’re interested in registering for this WRAP group, then we will provide you with the registration form.

There are only twelve spots, and registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis among SSD community members. If you’re a current UVic student who self-identifies as having one or more disabilities (which can include any mental health difficulties), then you are considered a member of the SSD community. UVic students who are not part of the SSD community are still allowed to complete a registration form, and will be admitted to the group if there are any remaining spots.
