We are always looking for new volunteers here at the SSD! We have two kinds of volunteering options available:
COUNCIL POSITIONS
Join the SSD Council!
Council positions are ideal for students who want to take an active role in shaping the direction of the SSD and helping decide how student funds are allocated. Council members attend regular meetings, participate in voting on financial and organizational decisions, and contribute a minimum of two volunteer hours per week. While we strive to be flexible and understand that unexpected commitments can arise, council roles involve a higher level of responsibility and commitment than our general volunteer opportunities.

GENERAL VOLUNTEERING
Become a Volunteer!
General volunteer positions are a great way to get involved with the SSD, meet other students, and support events, programs, and initiatives throughout the year. Volunteers help with a variety of projects and activities based on their interests, availability, and skills. These roles offer flexibility and are designed to fit around your schedule, making them a great option for students looking to contribute without the ongoing commitment of a council position.
