Volunteering at the SSD

We are always looking for new volunteers here at the SSD. We have two kinds of volunteering options available:

1. Volunteer Positions – These positions allow you to create your own adventure and decide how you would like to support the SSD throughout the year. Some positions available are group study buddy, media coordinator, and games night host. Hours are very flexible and you can decide how much availability you have as we know that capacity is fluid.
2. Council Positions – These positions also allow for flexibility like other volunteer positions, however, you will be part of the council and will play a part in decision-making at the SSD. This includes deciding how we use our budget, creating events, and representing the best interests of the disabled student body at UVic.
